China’s economic development has entered a new normal, and economic transformation has become an inevitable trend.Under the background of such social development, the employment problem of migrant workers, which has been receiving widespread attention,is particularly important. In the 2017 survey report on migrant workers released by the National Bureau of Statistics, the total number of migrant workers in China has reached 285.52 million. The proportion of migrant workers engaged in the secondary industry is declining year by year, but the manufacturing and construction industries are still the main employment choices for migrant workers.Under the "double innovation" background proposed by Premier Li Keqiang and the national "village revitalization" policy, the employment transformation of migrant workers in the future will become their new employment model. In the policy of precision poverty alleviation, migrant workers returning to their hometowns are encouraged to combine local agricultural conditions and natural resources to conduct entrepreneurial activities. This will not only help the country achieve the goal of a comprehensive well-off society, but also help migrant workers to use their own advantages to improve employment levels. In the study of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship,in addition to paying attention to the external political environment and financing environment, many scholars have paid attention to the utilization of migrant workers’ livelihood capital.Among them, financial capital, social capital and human capital are the personal capital conditions that migrant workers will play an important role in the entrepreneurial process. In addition, the cognitive ability of migrant workers has a guiding role in their entrepreneurial behavior to workers in trade unions are more inclined to choose entrepreneurship.Political identity has a significant impact on migrant workers’ choice of entrepreneurship.Farmers with party membership are less likely to choose entrepreneurship than migrant workers who are non-party members. The impact of human capital on the employment of migrant workers is not obvious. In social cognition, migrant workers with high frequency of negative emotions choose to start business more.(2)Types of entrepreneurial work for migrant workers: Financial capital has a significant impact on the type of entrepreneurship of migrant workers.Human capital and social capital have no significant impact on the types of entrepreneurship of migrant workers. In social cognition, the lower the trust of migrant workers in society, the higher the level of entrepreneurship of migrant workers, the more they tend to be bosses(partners).(3)The willingness of migrant workers to start a business: Financial capital and social capital have no significant impact on the entrepreneurial will of migrant workers.Social capital has no significant impact on the entrepreneurial will of migrant workers. In human capital, the educational level of migrant workers has a significant impact on the entrepreneurial willingness. The higher the educational level of migrant workers, the higher the willingness of migrant workers to start a business.Among risk attitudes,risk-aid migrant workers have higher entrepreneurial willingness than other types of migrant workers.Based on the results of empirical research and the current
