In recent years, migrant workers are significantly accelerating the pace of entrepreneurship back to their hometowns and gradually become a new force in new country construction. Therefore, it draws the government departments'and scholars'attention. For the small and medium business enterprises, the creation and development can not be separated from the social network owned by the Entrepreneurs. Through the semi-structured interviews to them, using the theory of social capital and other sociology theories to discuss the different forms of social capital in different entrepreneurship stage and the basic mechanism of social capital of entrepreneurs, which play a different role in different stages of the business, to study the dynamic changes of social capital that occurred throughout the whole entrepreneurial process and to reveal the intrinsic link of the social capital and business success.Data analysis showed that the social capital of migrant workers is important to the entrepreneurial success. And in the process of entrepreneurial opportunity identification, emotion-driven network of friends and relatives of migrant workers entrepreneurs have more influence to identify business opportunities, but the association with high social status individuals can assist the entrepreneurs to identify innovative business opportunities. In the process of new enterprise organization, migrant worker entrepreneurs mostly depend on the network of friends and relatives and the network of officials, which is reciprocal-driven and help them obtain the necessary resources, especially the initial venture capital and the necessary human resources. On the process of business growing, network of customers that is interest-oriented is the key to the survival and development of enterprises. Customers are giving great support and help in business development, information support, financial support and so on. Funds are the most important factor to determine which network can be relied on. Overall, the efforts of local government officials to support migrant workers to start their business are still inadequate.
