Scholars began to focus on the new generation of migrant workers entrepreneurship issues under the background of "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" as the economic development new normal.The entrepreneurship of the new generation of migrant workers has been always closely integrated with the issues of agriculture,rural and farmers.Generation of migrant workers entrepreneurship is an effective carrier with promote agriculture,effective solution to support rural surplus labor force.The entrepreneurship of the new generation of migrant workers has a positive effect to promote urbanization process and the quality of urbanization actively and steadily.To improve their performance is the core of solving the issues of farmers' employment,income and development.Researchers on the new generation of migrant workers' entrepreneurship,mainly in the business factors,business and other aspects of motivation,lack of in-depth study combined with social and psychological capital.Paper builds the mechanism of new generation migrant workers' entrepreneurship performance model with social and psychological capital on the basis of social capital,psychological capital,entrepreneurship and motivation theory,identify and measure the new migrant workers' social capital and psychological capital dimensions,empirical analysis the impact of social capital and psychological capital on entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant workers from direct and indirect aspects,evaluate the business performance from different dimensions,present support policies and measures to enhance the performance of entrepreneurship,provide the theoretical basis and empirical reference of the new generation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial performance.Thesis includes nine chapters,five parts:The first part of this thesis includes Chapters 1-3 which provide the theoretical basis for the whole thesis.Paper defines the connotation of the new generation of migrant workers'social capital,psychological capital,and entrepreneurial performance based on reviews the theory and research findings on migrant workers entrepreneurship,in particular,draws on social capital,psychological research on entrepreneurial mechanism,presents mechanism performance and theoretical models for further study.The second part of this thesis includes Chapter 4 which provides the real foundation for the whole thesis.Paper descriptive statistical analysis the basic features of new generation migrant entrepreneurs,details social capital,psychological capital,entrepreneurial performance and problems based on the principle of data sample selection,data collection and methodology,research sample specific distribution introduced on use of 525 valid survey questionnaires,provides real data to support the subsequent empirical analysis.The third part of this thesis includes Chapters 5-6 which the core of the whole thesis.Paper explores the influence degree and path of new generation migrant workers' social capital,psychological capital on the entrepreneurial by using empirical analysis method from direct and indirect aspects.First of all,identify and measure social capital and psychological capital for the new generation of migrant workers by factor analysis.Secondly,analyze the direct impact on the new generation of migrant workers' social capital,psychological capital for entrepreneurial performance by using multiple linear regression model.Then,reveal and verify the impact and route about social capital,psychological capital for new generation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial performance by using structural equation model.The four part of this thesis includes Chapter 7 which the overall evaluation of new generation migrant workers' entrepreneurial performance.Paper evaluated the new migrant workers' entrepreneurship performance and came to the new generation migrant workers'different dimensions of entrepreneurial performance and the overall performanceby using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the method of mathematical statistics from the target layer,criteria layer and index layer.Last part of this thesis includes Chapter 8-9,which is conclusion and summary.It draws the conclusions of the whole thesis,and proposes a series of suggestions on how to promote entrepreneurship performance of new generation migrant workers in our country.They mainly include that improve entrepreneurship environment,cultivating the pioneering culture,intensify propaganda on government level,reached consensus on the value of human capital,strengthen entrepreneurship education and training,rational allocation of urban and rural education resources as well as to enhance the level of social security and other human capital level,promote social prestige,building the trust and support,improve the ability of social participation,expand the new social network,such as on social capital level,strengthen the risk to bear ability,cultivate innovative ability and improve the well-being of psychological level,etc.Finally,it tells the weak sides of the study and questions a further study was needed.Findings of thesis:(1)Entrepreneurial motivation of new migrant workers is mainly in subsistence-based entrepreneurship,retail and wholesale,the annual average profit below50000,most of the new generation migrant workers do not understand the government support policies related to entrepreneurship,understanding the policies mainly rely on media publicity,most of them do not get or enjoy entrepreneurial incentives by the government.(2)New generation of migrant workers' social capital including the social prestige,social participation,social network,social trust and social support,psychological capital including innovation and risk-taking,self-efficacy and entrepreneurial well-being,entrepreneurship performance including financial performance,customer performance,learning and growing and internal business process performance.(3)New generation migrant workers' social capital and psychological capital have significant positive correlation at the 0.01 level of entrepreneurial performance in various dimensions,entrepreneurship happiness,social networks,social support and self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on financial performance,entrepreneurship happiness,social networks,social prestige and innovation and risk-taking tendency have a significant positive impact on customer performance,venture happiness,self-efficacy,innovation and risk-taking tendency and social participation have a significant positive impact on learning and growth,innovation and risk-taking tendency,entrepreneurship happiness and social networks have a significant positive impact on the performance of internal business processes.(4)They have a significant positive impact of psychological capital to identify entrepreneurial opportunities as well as the business environment,opportunity recognition to entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial environment perceive to entrepreneurial performance.(5)Generation of new migrant workers overall entrepreneurial performance evaluation results score of 68.13,for medium level,where financial performance,learning and growth performance levels ranged between moderate and good,customer performance and internal business process performance in the middle level.Based on the study above,the innovations include:(I)Paper study the new generation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial performance based on social capital and psychological perspective as a new perspective.(2)Paper designed the survey questionnaire to meet the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers in Shaanxi Province,get first-hand information on the microscopic which defines the dimensions of the new generation migrant workers' social capital,psychological capital,entrepreneurial performance configuration,explores the mechanism of social capital,psychological capital for entrepreneurial performance,evaluate the entrepreneurial performance has been useful to explore and promote.
