Researchon Comprehensive Reform Of Supply And Marketing Cooperatives In Zhangshu City

As an agricultural service organization with a history of more than 60 years,the supply and marketing cooperatives have played a huge role in serving agricultural production and activating the urban and rural economy.In order to promote the development of supply and marketing,give full play to the role of supply and marketing cooperatives,and in order to accelerate the scale and modernization of China's agriculture,the Party Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Decision on Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives" in 2015,and made a comprehensive plan for the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives in the new era.As a cooperative economic organization serving the “three rural issues”,the supply and marketing cooperatives have never been absent from the process of continuous development of China's agricultural and rural areas.Doing a good job in “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” is the advantage and responsibility of the supply and marketing cooperatives.At present,China's rural economic and social development has entered a new stage,the agricultural production and management methods have undergone profound changes,and the needs of farmers' lives have accelerated.It is urgent to cover the whole process,comprehensive support,convenient and efficient agricultural socialization services,and it is urgent to have multiple levels,diversification,convenience and affordable living service.With the continuous development of China's market economy and corporate restructuring and other factors,the supply and marketing cooperatives also face many problems in the development process,and encountered new problems.The paper starts with the comprehensive reform of the supply and marketing cooperatives in Zhangshu City,compares other domestic research results,and conducts in-depth research through data analysis,research visits,case studies,etc.In the process of comprehensive reform,the Zhangshu City Supply and Marketing Cooperative further strengthened the function of serving agriculture by establishing a cooperative of farmers' professional cooperatives,setting up a service center for the benefit of farmers,and integrating social resources.However,there is still a aging of personnel structure,lack of professional talents;degraded grassroots networks,slow construction of outlets;serious loss of assets,difficulty in ensuring land rights;lack of close integration with farmers' professional cooperatives,lack of cooperation and other issues.Summarize the reform experience in various places and analyze the problems faced in the developmentof the supply and marketing cooperatives in Zhangshu City.The main constraints include the marginalization of the organization,which makes the work difficult to coordinate;the insufficient funds make the projects unable to proceed smoothly;subjective initiative is poor,lacking confidence in the supply and marketing cooperatives themselves,and lack of thinking about reform.How the supply and marketing cooperatives grasp the current situation and become a backbone force for agricultural services that can be grasped and used needs to take appropriate measures.In view of the above problems,on the basis of theoretical research,the author combines the experience of his own work and other local exchanges,and believes that the future development direction of Zhangshu City Supply and Marketing Cooperative should improve its own position and strive for more resources;accelerate network reconstruction and close contact with farmers;invest in the "Internet+" tide,use information technology to improve the level of service for farmers,and explore a development path for the supply and marketing cooperatives in Zhangshu City,and hope that with the help of this research,we can provide a theoretical basis for the future development of the supply and marketing cooperatives in Zhangshu City.
