In China,the construction industry is a labor-intensive,capital-intensive and technology-intensive industry.From 2011 to 2016 in the past 5 years,the growth rate of value added of the construction industry dropped from 9%in the first three years to less than 7%in the latter two years,the total output value of the construction industry in 2016 accounted for about 26%of gross national product,its pillar industry status is solid.But also slowed down from the original high growth.For a long time,migrant workers have been active on the construction site for the most important workforce in the construction industry,they are engaged in the heaviest and most messy jobs,the development process of migrant workers in general:From the beginning of the primitive accumulation of "generation of migrant workers"to now 80's,90's after the "new generation of migrant workers",the "new generation of migrant workers" began to ascend the stage of history as the main labor force.Migrant workers' performance management is particularly important,directly related to the progress and quality of construction projects and other important factors of the pros and cons.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand and study the performance management of migrant workers in order to complete the project faster and with high quality.(1)The purpose of this paper is to start from the performance management of migrant workers in the construction industry,analyze the particularity of migrant workers different from other employees,obtain the analysis ideas of performance management of migrant workers,provide feasible Suggestions for the performance management of migrant workers in residential construction,carry out fine management,and improve the construction efficiency.At the same time,because the new generation of migrant workers become the main force,especially for the "new generation of migrant workers" management mode in-depth research,get the characteristics of migrant workers and development trend.(2)Through engineering case method,comparative method,system analytic method performance management method,and based on the performance evaluation of rural migrant workers flowing water construction configuration arrangement,according to the conditions for A project about how migrant workers resources,performance management,according to the characteristics of migrant workers and Cenozoic migrant workers,determine what performance way,on the premise of meet the feasibility,take the appropriate incentive,reasonable arrangement of the water construction engineering safety,schedule and quality of maximum optimization.(3)Paper adopted the Yantai district construction project as A case study,through the way of questionnaires to survey the current performance evaluation scheme,according to the analysis conclusion in the case of actual feasibility problems of performance appraisal,combining the specificity of the migrant workers is different from the ordinary employees,based on the key performance indicator method,a reasonable performance appraisal model for migrant workers should be established,in the form of theory with practice to solve problems encountered in the process of engineering construction of peasant workers'performance,and improve the efficiency of the rural migrant workers.(4)This paper has sorted out the content of performance management in the whole project.Generally,some management requirements in performance management are not feasible in the performance management of migrant workers in the project.Therefore,it is necessary to start with the feasibility to optimize performance management.The advantages of the optimized performance management over the original performance management in terms of project progress,quality,safety and health are emphatically analyzed,and the decisions made by the project are given according to specific problems.It is of certain reference significance for the performance assessment of projects with low educational background and heavy manual labor.
