| The area where A inland port is located is one of the largest iron ore production bases in China,the ferroalloy smelting has a huge demand for non-ferrous metal ores.At the same time,the same area is also the coal distribution base of west of Neimenggu and Mongolia,which makes it an important source of goods for the coal launching terminal in northern of China,and plays an important role in the transport channel of coal transportation from north to south.Tianjin port is a world-known hub port,which is also the largest port in the north of China,there is a strong industrial fit between Tianjin Port’s bulk cargo business and A Inland Port’s transportation bussiness.In fact,there has been a road intensive transportation mode between A Inland Port and Tianjin Port of "outgoing coal,return non-ferrous metal ore" for a long time.However,road transportation is of high pollution compared to rail transportation,in order to deal with the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems,Tianjin Port has completely banned the automobile coal gathering port since the end of April 2017.The original economic transportation mode of road from A Inland Port to Tianjin Port has been broken,and the throughput of Tianjin Port’s bulk throughput has been greatly affected.Tianjin Port has become the only coal port with declining throughput in 2017.In order to deal with the prohibition of collecting coal by road,Tianjin Port actively carries out the work of " Road to Railway" for bulk cargo,and railways will become the main way of collecting and evacuating bulk cargo in Tianjin Port in the future.It is of great practical significance and value to study the strategy of bulk cargo transportation from A inland port to Tianjin port under this background.It will help Tianjin port to attract the lost bulk cargo customers reflux,to promote the sustained and healthy development of bulk cargo transportation in Tianjin port,thus to promote recovery the throughput of Tianjin Port,and further to consolidate the status of Tianjin port as the largest port in northern China.Firstly,the background and significance of this paper were put forward,the domestic and foreign research literature were summarized,and the research methods and structure of this paper were put forward.Secondly,the basic concepts of this paper were analyzed,including the connotation of inland port,bulk cargo,transport organization and supply chain finance.Thirdly,the current situation of bulk cargo transport organization from A inland port to Tianjin port was analyzed,and existing problems was analyzed which includes limited of trucks makes coal source shunt,shortage of railway transportation capacity,insufficient overall competitiveness,lack of unified management platform,furtherly the development trend was analyzed from the perspective of macro environment and micro environment.Fourthly,the strategy of bulk cargo transport organization from A inland port to Tianjin port was put forward on the basis of pointing out the idea of strategy four core modules.They are taking the non-ferrous metal ore and coal as the transportation target,taking railway "pendulum" transportation as the basic framework,taking online and offline services as the operation means,and taking whole-process integrated logistics services as the goal,Fifthly,the implementation countermeasures and suggestions of bulk cargo transport organization strategy from A inland port to Tianjin port were put forward.Finally,the conclusion of this paper was drawed,and the shortcomings of this paper was pointed out,on the basis of this further research directions were put forward.The conclusions of this paper can provide references and suggestions for the practical organization and decision-making of bulk cargo transportation from A inland port to Tianjin port,and also have certain enlightening significance for other ports engaged in similar business. |
