Research On Development Problem Of Supplementary Pension Institution In China

Society insurance, as one of the most important issues, has been obtained the publicconcern in recent years. Chinese configuration of many layers adopting old insurance isinitiated in the middle of1990s, in which country, cooperation and people are responsible foradopting old insurance together so that the single country adopting old insurance is separated.China manages the basic constrained adopting old insurance, supplementary pension andprivate saving adopting old insurance are built by self-consciousness. Supplementary pensiondoesn’t have the function of second fundamental insurance and not release the governmentsociety insurance financial burden. There are several defects in supplementary pension: theunfitness about the privilege police of supplementary pension, the lack of consciousness ofsupplementary pension, relatively low invest ratio in fund equity of supplementary pension,the lack of enthusiasm and so on.The study of supplementary pension development plays a key role in our life: peoplehave increasingly regarded the quality of life and society insurance as important aspects. Thesociety insurance confronts several questions: the number of paying society insurance is lowerthan the old people obviously; the government limited capability of society insurance and soon. Therefore, it is significant for our country to take the analysis of supplementary pensionand relevant institution.This paper is divided into five parts: firstly, the background and importance of topic aremainly introduced; secondly, the domestic and foreign paper summary has been listed, theresearch issue is correctly mastered by relevant data from papers; thirdly, the problem andreason about supplementary pension institution are put forward; fourthly, the experience andinspiration of supplementary pension about Japan and USA are summarized，so that the wayof the development of supplementary pension in our country can be obtained; fifthly, theproposal and strategy of the supplementary pension in our country are discussed.
