Research On The Relation Between The Development Of Information Services And The Manufacturing Technological Innovation Capabilities

Manufacturing is the material basis and industrial subject of the national economy,and is a strategic industry that supports a country's transition from an agricultural society to an industrial society.In the 21 st century,the new generation of information network technology has become an important thrust of economic and social development.Information technology has given birth to a large number of new technologies,new products,new models and new formats.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to deepen the strategy of integrating manufacturing and Internet,big data and artificial intelligence,and encourage manufacturing enterprises to create new manufacturing models including intelligent manufacturing and networked collaboration.Further promote the deep integration of informatization and industrialization(referred to as "two-in-depth integration"),providing a rare opportunity for China's manufacturing transformation and upgrading.Promoting the digital construction of manufacturing industry in the process of industrialization and achieving rapid development is an objective need.This paper studies the relationship between the development level of information service industry,the digitalization degree of manufacturing industry and the technological innovation ability of manufacturing industry,combining with the concept of digital innovation emerging under the deep integration of two modernizations.Firstly,the mechanism of the integration of information service industry and manufacturing industry to promote digital development and innovation is analyzed from the perspective of the "two-in-depth integration".Secondly,combining the relevant theory of digital economy development with the practice of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading,the conceptual model of the impact of the development level of information service industry on the digitalization level of manufacturing industry is constructed.The conceptual model of the impact of manufacturing digitalization on manufacturing technology innovation capability is constructed.The conceptual model of the intermediary role played by the digitalization degree of manufacturing industry in the relationship between the development level of information service industry and the technological innovation ability of manufacturing industry.Finally,according to the conclusion of empirical analysis,the management inspiration of promoting digital development to enhance the technological innovation ability of manufacturing industry is given from the aspects of the transformation of integration concept,the application of modern information technology to improve the sharing platform and the acceleration of talent echelon construction.This paper believes that,first of all,for the manufacturing enterprises,the improvement of the level of the information service industry,input the a steady stream of information technology resources for the manufacturing industry,and support for its digital construction,to a certain extent,promote the degree of digitization.Secondly,digital construction is a new path for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.The deeper the digitalization of manufacturing,the more technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises will be improved.Finally,the degree of digitalization of manufacturing plays a part in mediating the influence of the level of information service industry on the technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises.
