Chaoyang Liaoning,as an ancient city with a history of more than 1700 years,has been playing an important role in the development of agriculture,but under the influence of natural conditions such as mountains and less rain in Chaoyang area,the overall situation of agriculture is not optimistic,and new technologies are urgently needed to be introduced.New methods to realize the innovation and development of agriculture.Based on this situation,this paper explores the current situation of agricultural informatization construction in Chaoyang and analyzes the main contents of its agricultural informatization construction by using case law,investigation method and qualitative and quantitative analysis method.The problems existing in the construction and the causes of the problems are discussed in order to strengthen the development of agricultural informatization in Chaoyang so as to promote the present situation of agriculture.The strategy of increasing agricultural output value and increasing farmers' income.Theoretically speaking,the research can enrich the research on the development of agricultural informatization,especially on the development of information in the typical impoverished areas of Northeast China,such as Chaoyang,which has the function of enriching the theoretical system of agricultural informatization research;At the same time,the research can provide a train of thought for the development of agricultural informatization in Chaoyang City,and show the significance of studying and guiding the optimization of agricultural informatization work in Chaoyang City.It is found that under the influence of historical and environmental factors in Chaoyang area,there are still some mistakes in the development of agricultural informatization,and the construction of informatization platform and the provision of information content are the key contents.And ignored the effective dissemination and utilization of the content.At the same time,the government decides the agricultural informatization service content too subjectively,but does not consider the information service content provision and the service mode choice from the farmer demand level,which also causes the certain difference between the informatization service and the farmer's demand.Therefore,in the course of the development of agricultural informatization in the future of Chaoyang,it should be based on the orientation of the government,fully aware of the service orientation of the government in the process of providing public services,such as agricultural informatization,and based on the responsibilities of the government.We will improve the rules and regulations and macro-plans for the development of agricultural informatization,So that the development of agricultural informatization in Chaoyang area has been optimized.
