Research On Model Of Agricultural Science And Technology Information Service Based On Agricultural Cooperatives

Science and technology system of countryside is an intensive symbol of the modernization of countryside,and also an important part of the construction of National innovation syste m. With the modernization construction of south of Jiangsu demonstration zone started to c onstruct, the effect of agriculture science and technology become more and more significan t,and established a variety of agricultural science and technology service system,continuous ly improve the effect and potential of agricultural science and technology.Perfecting and de veloping rural science and technology service is an indispensable important content of the n ew countryside construction in south of Jiangsu. Nowadays, rural science and technology s ystem in south of Jiangsu need to combined with the advanced information technology urge ntly, formed the rural service system based on information technology gradually.In recent years, Yangzhong gave high attention in rural science and Technology Service, usi ng existing hardware and software resources of agricultural information,rely on the agricult ural informatization express "12316",TV,radio and Forestry Network of Yangzhong,provide technical information service for agricultural enterprises and farmers. But, due to the limite d purchasing power in rural areas and the majority of agricultural producers, especially far mers’low level of computer technology, makes the current high-end agriculture and rural S cience and Technology service does not popularize and apply, the production of agricultural products and product market sales lag behind relatively,agricultural production technology especially in the pest natural disaster information is not timely. Science and technology serv ices informazatization system has not been set up perfectly,the problem of "the last one kil ometer"has to solved urgently.Based on the professional cooperatives, the article focus on the relationship and demand b etween Agriculture leading enterprise, cooperatives and farmers to discuss the purposes and significance of rural science and technology service.Through interview and questionnaire survey, we understanded the demand from leading enterprises, cooperatives and farmers for rural science and technology service, further analysis the status quo and problem of seedlin g grass cooperatives information technology service.This paper analysis the related theory about information technology services of "company+peasant household", and put forward the new "4 s-i" technology information service model for seedling grass industry, in view of problems appeared in the informatization.The paper put forward the relevant policy reco mmendations for operating the mode to show the importence for leading to achieve the basi c information technology services.The success of operating the mode for the rural areas of the south of jiangsu province will be a great reference significance.
