In the present era,innovation has become one of the indispensable elements in the development of the country and enterprise.In order to encourage innovation,the state puts forward a slogan "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",creating a good external environment for business innovation.Meanwhile,in an attempt to encourage innovation,enterprises not only introduce new technology and high-tech talents,but also create Organizational Innovative Climate for employees.As the backbone of the enterprise,the new generation of knowledge workers undertake the task of enterprise innovation,which concerns the development of enterprises and the country.This paper takes the new generation of knowledge workers as the study object,analyzing the mechanism of Organizational Innovative Climate on the Innovative Behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers,and providing suggestions to the enterprises for inspiring the innovation of the new generation of knowledge workers.Based on the characteristics of new generation of knowledge workers,this paper finds that the new generation of knowledge workers have more innovative consciousness and achievement motivation than ordinary employees.In the process of reviewing the relevant literature of Innovative Behavior,it is found that the the relationship between Organizational Innovative Climate and Innovative Behavior is mostly studied.Therefore,this paper chooses the Organizational Innovative Climate as the antecedent variable of the Innovative Behavior of the new generation knowledge workers,and analyzes the mediating effect of Work Motivation on Organizational Innovative Climate and the new generation of knowledge workers' Innovative Behavior.Based on the analysis of 378 questionnaires,this paper studies the relationship among Organizational Innovative Climate,Work Motivation and Innovative Behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers.The conclusions of the paper are as follows:1.The three dimensions of Organizational Innovative Climate(Team Cooperation,Organizational incentive and Work Independence)have a positive impact on Innovative Behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers,and provide implications for enterprise of what kind of Organizational Innovative Climate should be created.2.The two dimensions of Work Motivation(Autonomy Motivation and ControlMotivation)have a significant positive impact on the Innovative Behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers.When managing the new generation of knowledge workers,the enterprises not only consider the Autonomy Motivation of the new generation of knowledge workers,but also take the control motivations into account.They can improve the Work Motivation of the new generation of knowledge workers by the corresponding incentive mechanism,thus promote the Innovative Behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers.3.The Autonomy Motivation play a partial mediation role between the three dimensions of Organizational Innovative Climate(Team Cooperation,Organizational incentive and Work Independence)and the Innovative Behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers,and the Control Motivation play a partial mediation role between the Organizational Incentive and the Innovative Behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers.
