Employees are the main force of the innovation of enterprises. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees and effectively motivate them to innovate, has become challenges faced by a large number of scholars and enterprise managers. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the management of employees’ innovative behavior, this paper attempts to explore the forming path of organizational innovation climate on employees’ innovative behavior.On the basis of existing research, this paper constructs a theoretical model on the path of organizational innovation climate on employees ’ innovative behavior. According to the proposed theoretical assumptions, it chooses employees from enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as the research objects, and conducts empirical research and analysis of variance with the method of structural equation model. It figures out their relationship and whether they have the difference with different demographic characteristics of employees on intrinsic motivation, innovation self-efficacy, and employees’ innovative behavior by SPSS software.This paper argues that : 1.organizational innovation climate has a direct positive effect on innovation self-efficacy, and does not have a direct positive effect on intrinsic motivation; 2.innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation all have a direct positive effect to employees’ innovation behavior; 3.innovation self-efficacy has a direct positive effects on intrinsic motivation; 4.organizational innovation climate has a positive effect on innovation self-efficacy and has an indirect positive effect on intrinsic motivation. Therefore, this paper suggests that enterprises should build comprehensive innovative organizational culture, the mechanism for innovation and improve human capital management to motivate employees’ innovation self-efficacy.
