Our time is a time full of great changes, needing more innovation spirit and innovation ability, which is the inexhaustible motive force for national economic and social development. If countries and organizations lack the corresponding innovation ability, they will be at a disadvantage in the technology and development level and unable to keep up with the development level of the time and the world market, being eliminated in the era of competition finally. Now most research about the innovation is studied more from the angle of organizational level, lack of study on the individual level, which requires the scholars to continuously push forward the innovation research on the individual level, because the individual is the basic unit of organization structure.if the individual can make certain achievements in innovation and obtain certain advancements in technology, the development of the organization will be pushed up continuously and the enterprise’s growth is a natural thing. So, it has important value to research enterprise’s staff innovation.Based on this, this paper will study the relationship between of innovative self-efficacy and individual innovative behavior of IT employees from the individual level, and analyze the influence of internal motivation,in order to find out their psychological factors influencing innovation behavior. Based on the theory, we provide some suggestions for the management personnel of enterprises, so as to improve the scientific research strength and competitiveness of enterprises.This study, IT employees as the research object, discusses the impact of innovative self-efficacy and internal motivation on Employee Innovative behavior. Research shows that employee innovative self-efficacy and internal motivation has a promoting effect on innovative behavior. On this basis, it further justifies that the internal motivation plays an mediating effect between the creative self-efficacy and innovative behavior. Then, the research verifies and analyze the hypothesis by the method of empirical test, aiming to reveal the innovative behavior of employees at a deeper level. Moreover, it provides guidance for the development of employees’ innovation behavior from the perspective of human resources management.Collation and analysis, using SPSS software based on the data collected, mainly uses the description statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, to verify the effect of creative self-efficacy, job motivation on Employee Innovative Behavior and the four two dimension. Studies show that employees, creative self-efficacy and Employee Innovative Behavior and innovation behavior of the two dimensions have significant positive correlation, work motivation plays a partial mediating role and Employee Innovative Behavior in creative self-efficacy.Innovation of the research lies in regarding the innovative self-efficacy as the influence factors of employee innovation behavior. Usually researchers study the general self-efficacy in China scenarios, if they study special self-efficacy, it is more likely to pay attention to management self-efficacy and leader self-efficacy. This study will consider innovative self-efficacy as innovation behavior, aiming to explore the relationship between the two. Secondly, the study introduce staffs internal motivation as a mediator to explore the specific role of the relationship between employee innovative self-efficacy and innovative behavior from psychological level, aiming at discussing psychometric factors influencing innovative self-efficacy and employee innovative behavior and enriching and perfecting the theory of innovation behavior. At the same time, the study provides feasible suggestions from human resource management angle for the enterprise innovation. In addition, this study has corresponding limitations, for example, the setting and development of scale, the choice of control variables. There are some deficiencies and further improve our place, which is also a step direction.
