Study On Spatial-temporal Evolution And Optimization Of Tourism Flow In Border Arears Of Yunnan Province

Yunnan province is located in the southwest frontier of our country,and borders on Myanmar,Laos,Vietnam.There are many border tourism ports,and eight border cities which are Baoshan,Pu'er,Lincang,Honghe,Wenshan,Xishuangbanna,Dehong and Nujiang.Yunnan province has a long borderline that the length of the borderline is 4060 kilometer.In the long borderline,there are beautiful natural scenery,colorful ethnic culture,and unique feeling of exotic charm.There is obviously advantageous tourism resource endowment,and the superior geographical position.So that,the border areas of Yunnan province possess the location and material basis for the development of border tourism.From the Great Mekong Subregion Cooperation in the early 1990 s,to the action plan for prospering border areas and the people(2011-2015)which was printed and distributed by the General Office of the State Council in 2011.In 2013,general secretary xi jinping proposed the great strategic concept of "One Belt And One Road",and the country has promoted the development of border tourism step by step.On December 24,2015,the State Council issued and implemented the opinions of the State Council on several policies and measures to support the development and opening up of key areas along the border(guo fa [2015] no.72),which clearly stated in article 5 of the policies and measures was: "Improve the level of tourism opening up and promote the prosperity and development of border tourism.” Border area tourism of Yunnan province welcomed a good opportunity for development.In order to shrink the gap of tourism development among different border cities,optimize the spatial structure of border tourism,and promote the sustainable development of Yunnan's border tourism,this paper takes the tourism flow in border areas as the entry point,and analyzes its evolution characteristics,finally,finds out problems and makes Suggestions.First of all,this paper discusses the background and significance of the topic,analysis and evaluation of the related research at home and abroad,the research idea of this paper,and the research methods: literature analysis,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,comparative method.Secondly,it explains the concepts of tourism flow,border tourism,spatial-temporal evolution,and Yunnan border region,and analyzes the core-edge theory,point-axis theory,spatial diffusion theory,and spatial interaction theory.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the development of border tourism in Yunnan province,which analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution of tourism flow including three aspects of traffic,liquid and economic scale in the border areas of Yunnan province from 2008 to 2017,then elaborates the evolution characteristics,and explores the main problems: uneven spatial distribution,weak spatial correlation effect between nodes,and large time fluctuation.Finally,in order to promote the higher quality and efficiency,healthy,orderly and sustainable development of tourism in the border areas of Yunnan province,the following optimization strategies are proposed according to the current development situation and existing problems: Improve the function of Yunnan border tourism node cities;Improve the development environment of Yunnan border tourism node cities;Strengthen the construction of Yunnan border tourism transportation corridor;Promote the correlation and interaction between Yunnan border tourism regions.
