Research On Financial Strategy Of SF Company

In the process of enterprise development,financial strategy plays an important role as an important part of corporate strategy.The purpose of this paper is to develop a financial strategy for the target enterprise that is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise and supports and guarantees the overall strategy of the enterprise.This paper used field research,literature research,quantitative analysis and case analysis as research methods.Firstly,this paper summarizes the literatures of domestic and foreign experts' study on financial strategy theory and application.Describes the related concepts of corporate strategy and financial strategy,which provides the direction and theoretical basis for the following research on financial strategy of target enterprises.This paper chooses SF Company as a case,an old company in chemical fertilizer industry,and uses PEST model and Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the external environment of SF company's financial strategy.The internal environment of financial strategy is analyzed and summarized from the perspective of company's organizational structure,operation mode and financial analysis.Secondly,use the financial strategy matrix analysis method to evaluate the financial activities of SF company in the past five years,and the life cycle analysis method is used to determine the current development stage of SF company and the financial strategy will be adopted.Combined with the above analysis results and SF's development strategy,this paper developes an overall financial strategy for it and formulated specific financial strategies from financing,investment,income distribution and working capital management.Finally,in response to the problems that SF company may encounter in the implementation of the financial strategy,in order to promote the smooth implementation of the financial strategy,proposes some corresponding safeguard measures.
