Research On Transfer Mechanism Of Innovation Capability Of Industrial Cluster Based On Innovation Network

The sustained competitive advantage,upgrading and development of industrial clusters ultimately depend on the innovation ability of industrial clusters.However,with the intensification of global competition and the acceleration of technological progress in recent years,more and more industrial clusters are facing new problems and challenges in their development.In the process of development,they encounter many innovation bottlenecks,which can not effectively maintain the sustainable competitive advantage of industrial clusters.Therefore,how to enhance the innovation ability of industrial clusters,maintain the long-term competitive advantage of industrial clusters,and achieve the sustainable development of industrial clusters,has become a hot issue of current research.The transmission mechanism of innovation ability is the research goal of this paper.Only by efficient transmission of innovation ability can the innovation vitality of industrial cluster enterprises be enhanced,the innovation ability of industrial cluster be improved,and the upgrading and development of cluster be promoted.Firstly,through literature review and summary,this paper puts forward explicit and implicit innovation capabilities,and constructs a conceptual model and hypothesis of innovation capability transmission mechanism of industrial clusters based on Nonaka’s model.Then,through questionnaire survey,data collection,reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire and correlation analysis and regression analysis of the collected data,the hypothesis is verified and the spiral upward mechanism of innovation capability transmission is constructed.Finally,some reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve the innovation ability of industrial cluster enterprises and upgrade the industrial cluster.Through the research of this paper,on the one hand,it makes up for the insufficiency of the classification of innovation ability in theory,and at the same time,it has reference significance for the future research on the transfer mechanism of innovation ability of industrial clusters;on the other hand,for industrial cluster enterprises,it can use the transfer mechanism mentioned in this paper to evaluate the transfer of their own innovation ability,and find out the problems in the process of innovation,in a timelymanner.Solution to improve their innovation ability.
