Research On The Innovation Of Network Transfer Capability And The Upgrading Mechanism Of Industrial Clusters

In this paper,by analyzing about the industry cluster and innovation network related literatures,and then summarize the relevant theories about industrial cluster innovation network.Industrial cluster innovation network is nonlinear,simple causality cannot explain this complex network system.The main purpose of this paper is based on the analysis of the influence factors of industrial cluster upgrading and the characteristics of the cluster innovation network,find out the key factor that affects the upgrading of the cluster,through exploratory factor analysis,build up the achievements of industrial cluster innovation network transmission capacity evaluation model,provide theoretical basis for the development of cluster upgrading.Secondly,based on the relationship between influencing factors,from the perspective of cluster ecosystem theory mechanism,analysis of industrial cluster innovation network upgrading mechanism,combining with the key factors,establish an effective mechanism for upgrading industrial cluster innovation network,to provide effective basis for improving the production efficiency of cluster,improving cluster operation mode,and strengthening the cluster management effectiveness.The paper uses these followed method to do research work,they are the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the combination of standardized analysis and empirical analysis and the combination of theoretical study and applied study.Firstly,the paper starts with the analysis of the research background and the research significance,and then sort out and analysis the research status at home and abroad from three aspects,defines the core concepts and related theory,they are the upgrading of industrial cluster,the cluster innovation network,the self-organization of the cluster theory,the dynamic mechanism of cluster upgrading,and introduces the research contents and research methods of this paper,they are the theoretical basis of building mechanism model and evaluating index system.Secondly,based on the theory of cluster innovation network,cluster innovation transfer theory,the theory of cluster upgrading,analysis the relationship between cluster innovation network transmission capacity and cluster upgrading theory,Construct the theoretical research framework about the relationship between cluster innovation network transmission capacity and cluster upgrading,put forward the research hypothesis in thispaper,and use 42 innovative industrial cluster in the national as the research sample,empirical test results of innovation network transmission capacity of cluster upgrading the role of the relationship.Finally,Based on the ecological theory,constructs a model of ecological community in cluster innovation network,analysis the behavior rules of each component within the cluster innovation network,and puts forward the way of influence of cluster innovation network transmission capacity to cluster innovation network self-organization upgrading.Based on the self-organization theory to build the cluster innovation network self-organizing upgrade mechanism,in macro point of view,the cluster innovation network self-organization evolution process is divided into three stages: the creation,self-organization,stability;in micro point of view,and explain the cooperative relationship between cluster enterprises and subsidiary organizations,effectively prevent the negative impact of a single network structure;put forward reasonable suggestions to promote the industry cluster upgrading.
