Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Industrial Cluster Innovation Network Structure On Disruptive Innovation

In recent years,local governments have introduced policies to promote the development of industrial clusters,and the development of domestic industrial clusters has achieved initial results.Many industrial clusters of different sizes have taken the lead in the coastal areas.However,as far as the practice results of domestic industrial clusters are concerned,the problems of "gathering but not gathering","gathering but not creating" and "chain but not creating" in many industrial clusters still need to be solved.Since general secretary xi jinping proposed to develop subversive innovation in the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),subversive innovation has attracted great attention from the country and enterprises.As the name implies,subversive innovation is the technological innovation that can subvert the entire market.It is also because of its subversive characteristics that it is easier to bring opportunities for overtaking on the curve.There are innovation networks in different forms in different industrial clusters,and knowledge exchange and cooperative innovation are constantly carried out within the networks,providing a steady stream of internal impetus for scientific research and innovation in various industries.Therefore,this paper studies the influence mechanism between industrial clusters and disruptive innovation,and promotes the occurrence of disruptive innovation within industrial clusters by adjusting the innovation network structure of industrial clusters,so as to improve the development status of industrial clusters.Based on social network theory,this paper establishes a theoretical model of innovation network structure,dual learning and disruptive innovation.Taking 134 pharmaceutical enterprises and research institutions in zhangjiang "pharmaceutical valley" of Shanghai as research samples,sample data were collected through questionnaire survey and patent analysis for empirical analysis.Empirically,through multiple regression analysis found that the position of the innovation network structure centricity,network stability and network structure hole 3 network properties of disruptive innovation has significant positive influence on,use of learning in the innovation network structure of the three sub variable position centricity,network stability and network structure plays a role of intermediary between hole and disruptive innovations,exploratory learning in position centricity,network plays a role of intermediary between stability and disruptive innovation.There is no mediating effect between network holes and disruptive innovation.Through empirical analysis of the relationship between innovation network structure,dual learning and disruptive innovation,it helps enterprises to improve the innovation network structure and promote disruptive innovation.Based on the results of the study,Suggestions are made to the government,the region and the enterprises to promote the disruptive innovation and development of industrial clusters and industrial clusters.
