The Study Of Evaluation System Of Group A Financial Shared Service Model

China is vigorously promoting the digital transformation of enterprises with information and technology development rapidly.And the innovation of financial management is the key to enterprise transformation.Group A is a collection of servers and softwares as the core of “Cloud + Digital” Internet companies,with expanding scale and business,there are many challenges in international competition.On the basis of domestic and foreign advanced experience and its own financial management,group A chose to establish Financial Shared Services Center.Besides,group A owns proven software industry,it also establishes Financial Shared Service Centers or provides consulting services for other enterprises with their actual situations and needs.During the internship,the author found that the Financial Shared Service Centers of group A lacked a systematic and perfect evaluation system,and the evaluation of the operation effect was deficient both within the group and among customers.At present,there are few or scattered studies on Financial Shared Service evaluation system at home and abroad.Based on the operational status of group A and theoretical research needs of Financial Shared Service,this paper mainly studies the construction of Financial Shared Service model evaluation system.Through the practice and investigation in group A,the author collects primary data needed for the research,analyzs the actuality of its Financial Shared Service Center,and explors the motivation of its construction of Financial Shared Service Center evaluation system.Through the balanced scorecard method from the dimensions of finance,customers,internal process and learning and growth decomposing strategic target,and then using the Delphi method to make evaluation indexs selected more scientific and reasonable.Finally determining each evaluation index weight by entropy weight method to build the Financial Shared Service Center evaluation system for group A.By appling the evaluation system the autor finds some problems existing in the Financial Shared Service Center and offering special measures,which can improve service quality and value of the Financial Shared Service Center.
