In accordance with the deployment and related requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the field of electronic commerce has comprehensively implemented major strategies such as deepening supply-side structural reforms, accelerating the construction of innovative countries and promoting the formation of a new pattern of overall openness. And e-commerce activities will play an increasingly prominent role in international import and export trade, the rapid development of e-commerce activities is conducive to China's gradual deepening into the international division of Labor System, which provides a new direction to solve the problem of weak demand, trade friction and high financing cost of China's current foreign export trade.E-commerce activities are more and more favored by import and export trading enterprises because of their advantages of simplifying supply chain and low cost. This paper focuses on the development of e-commerce and international trade exports in China, based on the classical theory of e-commerce and international trade, and probes into the influence mechanism of e-commerce activities on China's international trade exports. And the paper selects the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities in mainland China from 2013 to 2017,constructs the individual fixed effect regression model to analyze the influence degree of e-commerce activities on China's international trade exports, and combines the results of theoretical mechanism analysis and empirical analysis to obtain the following conclusions:(1)The conduct of e-commerce activities has significantly improved a country's level of international trade exports and promoted the development of its own international trade.(2)E-commerce promotes a country's international trade exports by saving sunk costs and variable costs in international trade exports.(3)Promoting the development of e-commerce in China is conducive to enhancing the new driving force of China's economic growth.Based on the conclusions of the study, this paper puts forward a series of targeted policy suggestions from three levels of the national level, provinces and municipalities and enterprises. These policy proposals are conducive to China's in-depth promotion of international cooperation and speed up the pace of "going out" of e-commerce enterprises in China.Under the background of the slow recovery of traditional international trade,we can open up a new channel for our country to enter the overseas market more abundant.
