As the product of network and business activities, the E-commerce is a new approach to trade. With its unique advantages such as reducing costs and eliminating the gap of time and space in the world,E-commerce has achieved rapid development in China. Now,more and more enterprises are conducting business activities through E-commerce platform. With the expanding of the service scope of platform, the more mature the E-commerce is.With deepening development of the E-commerce,the economic potential has been high valued by the government.Governments at all levels have proposed preferential policies to promote the development of E-commerce in their own cities, looking forward to stimulating the growth of their local companies and regional economy. What's more, the E-commerce has been regarded as an important part of the strategic emerging industries in China, which means that it has become the major field of economic development at the current stage. In the economic transition period,it is particularly important to grasp this development opportunities. Therefore, this paper takes the E-commerce as the research perspective to analyze its impact on export trade in China's three regions and try to find out the possible regional differences. The overall research arrangement of this paper is as follows: firstly, review and summarize the relevant research results in the field of E-commerce.Secondly,briefly elaborate the impact mechanism between the E-commerce and export trade based on economic theory and put forward the hypotheses at the same time. While testing these hypotheses,we establish a measurement system to evaluate the E-commerce development level, then the empirical test is carried out based on this calculate index. At the end, draws out conclusions and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. In the empirical test, this paper establishes a panel model, adding the control variables such as GDP and FDI,besides,we carries out both total effect and regional differences regression analysis. The results are mostly same with the hypothesis in the forth chapter, however, against the expectation, the degree of promotion is the most significant in the western. For the above results, this paper holds that the possible explanations are as follows: firstly, the influence like cost reduction, efficiency improvement and market expansion caused by the E-commerce leads to the promotion of export trade.Secondly,E-commerce narrows the differences in information acquisition among regions and weakens the advantages of eastern regions once hold. The possible innovations of this paper are as follows: considering the differences of economic basis among the three regions of China, which could lead to a more accurate result. On the basis of the research of other scholars, this paper construct a measurement system to assess the development level of E-commerce form multiple perspectives.
