As a kind of trade intermediary,electronic commerce saves main trading body time cost,actual costs,such as personnel salary,and breaks the trade barrier of distance,makes the electronic commerce to become a global trend.However,E-commerce is a "double-edged sword",it is not only promotes the development of international trade,but also has a negative impact.After the rise of E-commerce,there is a gap exists in China's E-commerce laws and regulations,leading to some early trade disputes can not be resolved.In addition,due to trade transactions through the network,paperless transactions form a new challenge on China's regulatory and tax system.In order to improve the international competitiveness of China's foreign trade,this article explore the influence that electronic commerce make on export trade in our country through empirical research.The paper includes five parts,introduction,literature review,the current situation of electronic commerce and the export trade in our country and the impact analysis,the empirical research of the impact that electronic commerce development make on export trade of our country,the conclusion and apocalypse.The Fourth part of the paper makes empirical research on the impact of electronic commerce development on export trade in our country.First of all,measuring the index of our country's current E-commerce development level through objective empowerment,then considering the measurement results into the regression model used in this paper to analyze its impact on China's exports.In the empirical section,the electronic commerce development level index,together with FDI,are used as an independent variable to demonstrate its effect on China's export trade.The result shows that the positive impact of the development of electricity commerce on China's export trade is more significant than the negative impact.Last but not least,this article concludes the analysis,and puts forward suggestions on the development of electronic commerce in China.
