The advantages of a scientific and reasonable salary incentive system can be described as two-way.For employees,it can promote and strengthen their enthusiasm for work and improve work efficiency.For enterprises,the efficiency and quality of all kinds of work have been improved,which can bring more value and make enterprises embark on the road of sustainable development.Since the reform and opening up of Laos in 1986,with the increasing degree of domestic reform and opening up in Laos,the competition between domestic and foreign companies has become more and more fierce.In the fierce market competition,local companies in Laos face enormous challenges.The traditional enterprise management system can not help enterprises to win a place in the fierce competition.Lao local enterprises urgently need to find a management model suitable for their own development.Designing a scientific and reasonable salary incentive system has become an important issue for Lao enterprises.In this thesis,the status survey of the salary system in the Lao Beer Company provides the limitations in it,for example,the immature market,the lack of intermediary agencies,and internal management problems etc.To enhance the competitiveness of the Lao Beer Company,we had introduced the EVA method to design the long-stimulated salary system and build the salary system.The experiments of the salary research was was carried out,and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of strengthening the EVA management system,optimizing the internal governance structure of the enterprise,improving the incentive mechanism,and establishing professional departments.The thesis studies the advantages and specific steps of the EVA compensation management system,and combines the characteristics of the Lao beer industry to construct a complete economic value-added compensation system suitable for Lao Beer Company including short-term salary incentives,medium-term and long-term compensation.Incentives,as well as other non-monetary compensation incentives.In order to achieve the goal and ultimate goal of creating wealth,the company provides a practical performance compensation system for Lao beer managers and operators.
