Remuneration is not only the cost paid by an enterprise to its staff for their labor service, but also is an incentive arousing the staff's enthusiasm, initiativeness, and creativity. It is the primary factor for an organization to attract and retain talented persons and to achieve good performance. Whether the remuneration is fair or not and whether the staff is satisfied with it has been a big concern to many corporations at present. Therefore, how to coordinate the contradiction between an organization and its staff on remuneration, and how to improve staff's satisfaction with remuneration through targeted policy and management so as to provides crucial support to the organization's performance is a re-understanding of the Theory of Motivation under the new economical situation. At the same time, it has a very important practical significance to the development of remuneration management theory.Zhuzhou Water Co., Ltd. is in a rapid development, therefore generally speaking, the remuneration strategy should be focusing on both individual motivation and department motivation. Based on the company's actual conditions and by massive investigation and analysis of exterior markets, and by combining the company's development stage, development strategy, HR strategy, remuneration strategy, organizational pattern, job design, and job assessment, this article makes deep delineation of the research and design of remuneration system from theory and practice for Zhuzhou Water Co.,Ltd, and establishes a remuneration system of "fairness inside and competitiveness outside" for the company. Based on a comprehensive diagnosis of the existing remuneration system of Zhuzhou Water Co.,Ltd, it redesigns the remuneration system for the company.The purpose of this remuneration design goal: (1) to cultivate a new payment concept so as to transmit market pressure through salary structure and salary payment adjustment and to guide the staff to pay attention to the company benefit and individual achievements; (2) to promotes the value consolidation of Zhuzhou Water Company's staff so as to establish a mechanism for retaining and attracting talented persons; (3) to effectively unify the staff individual's achievement with the enterprise's development and to share the benefit together with the Zhuzhou Water Company; (4) to increase the compatibility between the enterprise remuneration system and the market value of talented person, and to adopt flexible wage system for urgently-needed talents so as to...
