As a large agricultural country,the development of agricultural industry plays a vital role in the development of our economy.In particular,the safety of food production is even more important for a country with 1.3 billion people.As the first food crop in sown area and yield,maize plays an important role in ensuring food security in China.However,in recent years,with the increasing import of maize and the high cost and low efficiency of maize itself,the development of maize industry in China has been impacted to a certain extent,which is not conducive to food security and the development of maize industry in China.At present,the phenomenon of fragmentation and fragmentation of land in China is quite serious,which leads to the small scale of maize planting and low scale efficiency,resulting in a large amount of waste of maize planting resources.As a large province of China's corn industry,Hebei occupies a very important position in China's corn industry.At present,corn planting in Hebei Province is still dominated by small farmers,with small land scale and low scale benefits.Therefore,China vigorously develops modern agriculture in China.Under the background,promoting the scale management of corn planting in Hebei Province and developing the optimal scale planting are of great significance to promote the healthy development of the corn industry in Hebei Province.Based on the comparative analysis method,the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the DEA research method,based on the summary and combing of the previous research results,according to the actual research on the cost-benefit of 2018 corn planting in some areas of Hebei Province,Hebei will be The province's corn planting scale was divided into 14 different planting scales,and the cost-benefit situation of 14 scales was analyzed.The cost and benefit of 14 different corn planting scales were measured by DEA method by selecting seed input cost,fertilizer cost,pesticide cost,machinery cost,irrigation cost,labor cost and land cost 7 input factors and output factors per mu income.The results show that the corn planting scale of 31-40 mu,101-200 mu,201-300 mu,and 300-500 mu is in an effective state of DEA.By measuring the cost-benefit ratio of these four scales,it is concluded that the size of 201-300 mu is the optimal scale for corn planting in Hebei Province.At the same time,through the projection analysis of non-DEA effective decision-making units,it provides a direction for the improvement of other non-DEA effective decision-making units.Finally,according to the research results of this paper,the countermeasures and suggestions for reducing the cost of corn planting and improving the benefits in Hebei Province are put forward.The innovation of this paper is to compare and analyze the cost and benefit of corn planting in different scales in Hebei Province for the first time.Based on the survey data,the cost-effectiveness of 14 different scale corn plantings were calculated and analyzed.The optimal scale of corn planting in Hebei Province was measured for the first time.The DEA method was used to calculate the cost-effectiveness of corn planting in Hebei Province in 2018,and the optimal scale of corn planting in Hebei Province was obtained.Through the projection analysis of the non-DEA effective decision-making unit,the reason for the poor allocation of scale resources was obtained.Planting provides an empirical basis.
