Because of its high yield,strong environmental adaptability,high nutritional value and good economic benefits and other excel ent characteristics,it is widely planted in our country,and it is an important food and economic crop in China.For the problem of food security under the new situation,the Ministry of agriculture proposed potato staple food development strategy in 2015,trying to the original potato as raw materials,food products and supplements to solve the food and clothing to the people's staple food,nutrition and health industry and manufactured goods series of consumer goods will change,potatoes into fourth major staple food in china.Shandong province is an important national potato production province,tuber yield per unit area has been ranked the country's top research production status of potato in Shandong Province,not only helps to understand the current situation of potato production in Shandong Province,but also the high yield of potato in Shandong province to summarize the experience of promotion.This paper will use yearbook data and specific research data on basic situation of potato in Shandong province were analyzed to understand the status of potato in Shandong Province in the production of potato in China in the understanding of the basic situation of potato in Shandong province the cost income calculation,scale efficiency of potato production in Shandong Province,analysis of the influencing factors of Shandong province potato scale efficiency effect,final y put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The specific research contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction,this part describes the background and significance of this research,the related literature at home and abroad are reviewed,and the research methods and technical route of the research content and,finally,the innovation and shortcomings of the research.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of potato production in Shandong Province,this part is mainly based on statistical yearbook and related agricultural data website,the status of potato in Shandong Province in China's potato production and distribution were analyzed,and for our country and the Shandong province potato scale efficiency change trend is analyzed through the analysis with the other.For the position and status of potato in Shandong province have a more comprehensive understanding,so the analysis of Shandong province potato cost revenue and the changing trend,potatoes cost revenue while introducing other provinces nationwide potato and other major crops in Shandong Province,the cost revenue analysis.The third part is based on the DEA-Tobit model analysis on the scale efficiency of potato producers.Briefly introduces the data envelopment analysis(DEA)and Tobit model,and then establishes the evaluation model to calculate the scale efficiency of potato,the sample data.Based on the two objectives of yield and benefit,this paper analyzes the efficiency of potato operation scale,and explains the influence direction and influence degree of each influencing factor on the potato management scale efficiency.The fourth part of the existing potato samples were grouped according to the size of the input and output,and then using the data envelopment analysis(DEA)for the interval potato management scale efficiency were determined the optimum size and interval of non efficiency optimal projection analysis,put forward the improvement proposal.The fifth part is the main conclusions and countermeasures and suggestions,this part of the general situation of the main conclusions of the study,combined with the previous analysis to promote the further development of Shandong Province,the policy recommendations.
