| China is a big country in agriculture and agriculture is a top priority for our country.With the continuous changes of the times and the continuous advancement of science and technology,all industries are oriented toward industrialization,technology,and information,and agriculture is also facing mechanization.The degree of agricultural mechanization in a country shows the comprehensive development level of a country’s agriculture,and therefore,accelerates agriculture.The promotion of machinery and the modernization of agriculture are of vital importance to the development of agriculture in China.The state attaches great importance to the development of agricultural machinery.In 2015,the “Central Document No.1” printed and issued “Several Opinions on Intensifying Reform and Innovation to Accelerate Agricultural Modernization Construction” and provided direction for the development of China’s agricultural modernization in the future.It can also be seen from China’s The promotion of agricultural machinery has reached a critical moment.However,it must be mentioned that at present,the promotion effect of China’s agricultural machinery is not satisfactory,and there are problems in the aspects of economy,supervision,awareness,and promotion methods,which seriously affect the promotion process of agricultural machinery.This paper studies cases of agricultural machinery popularization in Dongyuan County and conducts in-depth investigations into the current status of agricultural machinery promotion in Dongyuan County through field surveys,case studies,and literature research methods.Through the analysis of agricultural activities in 2015 and 2016 The situation of machinery purchase and analysis of the machinery purchase situation in Dongyuan County and other counties has a preliminary understanding of the current situation of agricultural machinery purchase in Dongyuan County,followed by visits to Dongyuan County’s agricultural machinery purchase subsidies,service teams,and agricultural machinery promotion models.And to explore further understanding of the reasons for the poor effect of the promotion of agricultural machinery in Dongyuan County.The study found that the following problems existed in the agricultural promotion of Dongyuan County: First,relevant responsible persons paid insufficient attention to the promotion of agricultural machinery,lacked awareness of development,and paid no attention to the mechanical promotion of Dongyuan County in the general direction,resulting in the promotion of agricultural machinery in Dongyuan County.Has been at a slow development stage;followed by the economic investment in the promotion of agricultural machinery is relatively small,subsidies are not strong,farmers are unable to purchase equipment,a large burden on farmers,many farmers give up buying equipment because of economic capabilities;At present,Dongyuan County has not yet formed a promotion system for agricultural machinery.There is no specific direction and guidance for promotion strategies and promotion techniques,and the promotion effect naturally falls short of the ideal target;in addition,there are fewer talents engaged in the promotion of agricultural machinery,and the professional quality is relatively low.Because of their age,they are unfamiliar with modern technology and cannot solve related problems during the promotion process.Finally,inadequate supervision,safety of agricultural machinery,resale of agricultural machinery,and arbitrage are all phenomena that affect the promotion of agricultural machinery.At present,there are still many problems in the promotion of agricultural machinery in Dongyuan County,resulting in poor promotion.Based on some of the above five aspects,based on some successful experiences at home and abroad,the author summarizes methods that are consistent with our local development,and put forward suggestions for improvement in terms of development awareness,mechanism,promotion system,and supervision,with a view to improving promotion efficiency and speeding up Dongyuan County mechanized speed. |
