With the rapid development of e-commerce,the demand for logistics is growing rapidly.In order to ensure the rapid and accurate development of e-commerce,a perfect logistics system is needed.This requires the optimization of the logistics system,according to certain methods and principles,to optimize the combination of factors related to the logistics system,so as to achieve the purpose of the development of the logistics system.Logistics distribution is an important part of logistics activities.A new logistics distribution model in line with the development of the times is of positive significance to all enterprises and society in the logistics distribution link.Green water and green mountains are golden and silver mountains.Therefore,it is urgent to develop new energy pure electric vehicles with low carbon emissions.In this context,this paper studies the e-commerce oriented electric vehicle logistics distribution strategy,which has positive academic significance,and has achieved some innovative research results.Firstly,the distribution strategy of logistics distribution activities is considered.On the premise of ensuring that the same order is not split,vehicles are assigned to provide distribution services according to the requirements of goods transportation.Considering the distribution routing problem considering the compatibility of goods under the split of demand according to order,an integer programming mathematical model is constructed.We proposed two heuristic algorithms(MCWS-LS and S-ALNS)to solve this problem,and the algorithms has strong stability.Finally,taking XX logistics company in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou as a case,this paper demonstrates the advantages of the model and method proposed in this chapter from the perspective of practical application,and reveals the internal relationship and interaction between incompatible loading constraints between goods,split transportation strategy according to orders,service cost and distribution route scheme selection.Then,taking the delivery service mode of distribution strategy as the research starting point,this paper discusses the strategy of combining self delivery and door-to-door service.Setting up a pick-up service station in a place where customers are concentrated helps to save the cost of door-to-door service and meet the customers’ differentiated demand for pick-up time.For customers scattered or far away from the service station,the distribution personnel will provide door-to-door delivery service,The delivery vehicle is allowed to go to the service station for charging service as needed during the service process.A hybrid heuristic algorithm called MCWS-TS is proposed to solve the problem in this study.The results show that diversified service strategies help enterprises meet the personalized needs of customers’ pick-up time and pick-up mode.Considering the characteristics of transport vehicles in logistics distribution activities,because the charging time cost of electric vehicles has become a factor that logistics enterprises must consider.Comprehensively consider the cost of facility location,route selection and charging time,and optimize the charging and distribution strategy of electric logistics vehicles.To solve the problem,this study introduces a three-stage efficient heuristic algorithm CWIGALNS,as well as new operators to effectively solve this problem.Then,the optimal strategies of the experimental group and the control group under different circumstances are analyzed.The fifth chapter analyzes the internal relationship and interaction between charging strategy and logistics service network from the perspective of practice,and puts forward the collaborative optimization decision of distribution scheduling and charging plan.The proposed model and algorithm provide a good reference for logistics enterprises to solve such problems. |
