As the development of the logistics industry, the role of modern logistics become increasingly apparent in the national economy, not only can support and guarantee the steady, rapid and good development of the national economy, but also adjust the industrial structure, promote the economic transformation and form a new economic growth point. The rapid development of electronic commerce,greatly promote the development of the logistics industry, but also underlines the bottleneck effect of logistics to electronic commerce. Overall at this stage, China’s logistics industry base is relatively weak, the development to be further strengthened.The development of regional economy in China is of strategic significance, the regional logistics occupy an important position in the regional economic development, regional logistics development has a direct impact on the regional economy, efficiency and competitiveness. Moreover, with the continuous development of the logistics industry and innovation of logistics model, building a regional logistics has great theoretical and practical significance, on the one hand, can improve the effect of the size of the logistics business, on the other hand, also can optimize logistics resources configuration. In the regional logistics planning, the regional logistics distribution center location plays an important role of strategic significance.This dissertation, studies the issues related to regional logistics distribution center location. Due to the regional logistics distribution center location by various factors, and not just the logistics cost, so in order to make the result more accurate location, more scientific, the construction of regional logistics distribution center location model contains three modules:logistics cost calculation model, based on clustering of ant colony algorithm distribution area clustering model and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of location scheme evaluation model. Combined with the logistics cost calculation model and distribution area clustering model, can get logistics cost which are the optimal location decision, them will be as alternative solutions. Cluster-based ant colony algorithm for the partition of the distribution points, cluster the distribution point to the distribution center and the clustering criterion is optimal logistics cost. Consider the various factors that affect regional logistics distribution center location, using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate alternatives, and finally arrive at the optimal location program.The innovation points of this dissertation are:closely connected with the actual situation, building the logistics cost calculation model of regional logistics distribution center location model; combined with examples, studying the selection of parameters in the clustering ant colony algorithm, and putting forward the improvement strategies of the parameter value selection; by combining clustering ant colony algorithm with AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, used in distribution center location, to conclude the optimum scheme, making the location results more precise and more scientific.
