Study On The Status,Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In F Town Of Chunhua County

Poverty has always been a hot issue of research.There are different levels of poverty in all countries of the world,which hinders the rapid development of the national economy and how to solve the problem of poverty.This is a common problem faced by all countries in the world,and scholars from all over the world are constantly performing their acting skills.China is also facing serious poverty problems.Since the reform and development,China has attached great importance to poverty alleviation and development,and has carried out large-scale development-oriented poverty alleviation with planned and organized development.It has successively issued four poverty alleviation and development plans.This paper aims to understand the current development status of F town and the problems and causes in the process of poverty alleviation through field research,and use the theory of poverty cause,comparative advantage theory,human capital theory and other theories to analyze the specific problems in the process of poverty alleviation,according to the specific The problem is analyzed in detail,and corresponding measures are taken according to the situation to provide solutions.In many poverty-stricken areas,there has been a phenomenon of “poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation,and returning to poverty” for many years.Therefore,it has brought many difficulties to poverty alleviation work.It is this “return to poverty” that makes it difficult to change poverty in poverty-stricken areas..This paper selects the sample of F town as the research object and will be very representative.Through the actual investigation of F town,it is learned that F town has achieved great results in the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation process,but there are still many problems in this.If these problems are not solved,there may be poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation,and Returning to the old road of poverty,therefore,solving these problems and proposing effective countermeasures will lay a solid foundation for realizing the poverty alleviation of poverty-stricken households in 2020.There are 25 administrative villages in F town,12 of which are poor villages and 13 non-poor villages.Not only do poor villages with archival establishments have a large proportion,poverty is wide,and poverty is deep.At present,there are major problems in the development of F town,such as single industrial structure,backward transportation conditions,and lack of human capital.With the strengthening of national poverty alleviation,F Town actively responded to the national poverty alleviation call and implemented a series of industrial poverty alleviation policies.Mainly through the modern park-influenced,modern demonstration park radiation type,government-led promotion type and cadre assistance and promotion type of four types of industrial poverty alleviation,the poverty alleviation work has achieved certain results,and the poverty situation has been significantly improved.Development: By the end of 2018,12 poverty-stricken villages in 25 administrative villages in the town have all withdrawn from the list of poor villages,and the poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable results,but the development gap is still relatively large compared with the neighboring towns.In view of the above problems,the author mainly proposes corresponding solutions from the following aspects.First,the endogenous motivation to stimulate poor households out of poverty;the second is to establish a talent training mechanism and form a perfect employment system;the third is to fully tap resources,build industrial brands,etc.,to provide theoretical support for industrial poverty alleviation.The poverty level in China is uneven,and the poverty level and the cause of poverty in each region are different.Therefore,the way to solve the poverty problem cannot be copied.For example,the way to establish the Beifeng Industrial Park,the resident team work,and the photovoltaic power station in F Town It is an attempt made by poor towns and villages in the west.The final effect needs to be analyzed and implemented according to the specific work in the process of poverty alleviation.Therefore,the industry's poverty alleviation work has a long way to go and still requires countless grassroots governments to make unremitting efforts and constant try.
