Research On Standardized Management Of Rural B&B

In recent years,Yongjia County,Zhejiang Province,relying on the National 4A Grade Scenic Spot Nanxi River,fully tap the cultural heritage and tourism resources.The B&B industry rise rapidly,has become a gold card of tourism,deeply loved by tourists in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai areas.Firstly,through the method of literature research,this paper combs and analyses the domestic and foreign research on B&B,and defines the concepts of rural tourism,rural B&B and other related concepts.Secondly,through investigation and interview,this paper studies the current situation of standardized management of rural B&B in Yongjia County from eight aspects: policies and regulations,operation scale,housing construction,fire safety,public security,health safety,environmental protection,food safety,and finds out the existing problems.Finally,using the theory of standardized management,public governance theory and sustainable development theory,and comparing with advanced experience of domestic and foreign,this paper makes an analysis of the standardized management of rural B&B in Yongjia County and puts forward relevant suggestions.This paper holds that Yongjia County has a relatively standardized management of rural B&B,but there are still many problems,such as unclear base of illegal B&B,cumbersome certificate processing procedures,low efficiency of daily supervision,obvious hidden ecological environment risks,and difficult to control the operation scale,which are mainly caused by imperfect legal system,imperfect management mechanism lack of social supervision,and immature industrial development.Next,Yongjia County should improve the top-level design,optimize management system,innovate management methods and promote service level,effectively solve the current problems in the management of rural B&B,and gradually realize the standardized management of rural B&B.
