Research On Standardized Management Of Shengtai Textiles Limited Co.,Ltd

Innovation is the driving force of sustainable development for small and medium-sized enterprises while the growth of them is on the basis of standardized management which can do small and medium-sized enterprises a great favor to break away from the status of obsolete management. Zaozhuang Shengtai Textile Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Shengtai textile) is facing the increasing risks of irregular management after its initial development, the author tries to make full use of the theory and methods on Principle of Management as well as discuss the content and supporting measures in the whole course of company operation. In this circumstance, the company’s management capacity and level can be strongly improved while the long-term and stable development of the company can also be firmly guaranteed.The status of shengtai’s standardized management on the angles of production management,clients risk management, human resource management, outsourcing management and innovation management is analyzed in this thesis by referring to related documents and adopting the Documentary Analytic Approach as well as Case-based Discussion Approach together with the author’s personal working experiences. In this way, the main problems and reasons existing in the standardized management of our company as well as its realized factors on the above-mentioned 5angles can be discussed and researched clearly. What’s more, the supporting measures are also illustrated particularly in this thesis including the senior leaders’ supports, the reinforcement of staffs training, the improvement of the execution power for junior staffs and the control mechanism of the standardized management.
