Especially at present, China’s tourism industry is at the critical stage of transformation in "big tourism country" to "power tourism country", tourism standardization work is an important work in the tourism sector, and is concerned by the central and local government department. State Council pointed out that to use the standardized as a tool to cultivate the tourism industry to be a modern service industry which is more satisfied Chinese people’s need.Destination tourism quality has an important influence on enhancing the competitiveness of regional tourism, and the Tourism quality supervision and management of public administration take en enforcement and leading role on enhancing the tourism service quality. Without effective means of administration, the destination tourism quality can not comply. Tourism government enforces the power and function of tourism through tourism administrative agencies, and tourism quality supervision department is the supervision of the executive departments of quality of tourism services, with political and legal effect. Tourism industry is an integrated industry, and the implementation of tourism standardization work is the technical basis for the work of the tourism industry, boosting the role of supervision and management to improve the quality of tourism services.Guilin is one of the important tourist destinations in China, the development of tourism can be called a microcosm of China’s tourism development, has the typical,National Tourism Administration called Guilin as "a tourism barometer in China ", there are lots of useful attempts and exploration in the supervision and management of Guilin tourism service quality. The structure of the destination tourism service quality, the development of tourism market, and the evolution of the public function of tourism government promoting the supervision and management of government in tourism service quality, there is some different in the destination Tourism quality supervision and management in because of destination tourism development status differences exits some differences. The following4aspects is the main content of supervision and management: Complaint Handing, On-site Inspection, The Travel Agency Inspection and Market Special Rectification. In addition to the tourism administration of quality supervision, inspection and supervision mechanism of handling complaint, often with other administrative department joint action, comprehensive law enforcement.
