ZC Co.,Ltd.is a cement technology and equipment supplier.In recent years,with the changes of external environment,as well as the decline of internal management,the performance of ZC Co.,Ltd.has been declining rapidly,and many problems have arisen,the company starting to go downhill.Therefore,it is of great importance to build competitive advantages through strategic transformation and to explore a new path of sustainable development.Under the background of the transformation of economic development patterns and the adjustment of industrial structure,ZC Co.,Ltd.,as a large state-owned enterprise integrating equipment R&D design,manufacturing,and sales,is very representative.This dissertation conducts a research on the strategic transformation of ZC Co.,Ltd..On the one hand,it aims to provide possible references for ZC Co.,Ltd.and other similar enterprises;on the other hand,it also serves as an exploration of applying the strategic management theory to Chinese companies,especially the state-owned enterprises like ZC Co.,Ltd..This dissertation first elaborates the research approaches of the subject,and then summarizes and expounds the research status of some theories in the field of strategic transformation.Secondly,PEST Analysis and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model are chosen to analyze the external environment of ZC Co.,LTD.;moreover,combining with the internal conditions of ZC co.,LTD.,the detailed analysis about the resources and capacity possessed by the company are presented.Thirdly,based on quantitative analysis of the EFE,IFE matrix,the IE analysis and SWOT analysis are utilized to carry out strategic planning and selection,so as to conclude the four strategies(SO,WO,ST and WT)for company.After matching,it ultimately determines the final transformation strategy for the company which is in line with the practice of the company.Finally,the organizational structure,system,and culture of enterprise are adjusted according to the strategic plan to match the strategic transformation,and the auxiliary measures are formulated to provide guarantee for the implementation of the strategy.
