As the quality of life of Chinese people is getting higher and higher,people pay more and more attention to their health problems.At the same time,the consumption demand for dairy products is also increasing day by day.JF Group officially settled in China in 2011,which is also the best time for JF Group to promote dairy business.How to formulate a company strategy in line with the future development of JF Group in the current market environment and in accordance with its own situation has become the company's home,which needs immediate confirmation.At the same time,it needs to constantly improve and change according to the real-time market situation.This paper combines my seven years' experience in dairy industry,based on certain company development strategy and research methods,takes JF Group as the research object,carries out in-depth analysis and analysis,and finally comes to the most suitable strategy for the development of JF Group.In this paper,we use PEST analysis method and Porter's Five Forces Model to comprehensively analyze various factors inside and outside the industry through various macro environment of JF Group.On the basis of these information,the development strategy of JF Group is deeply explored through SWOT analysis.Based on the direction of the company's development and the guidance of its own mission,the above analysis data are comprehensively considered.With the aim of formulating the company's management-level strategy,the company's related business strategy is deeply studied,and the JF Group's business strategy is further confirmed.And through further optimizing the internal organizational structure of enterprises,identifying key products to promote,strengthening the maintenance of terminal customers,strengthening strategic cooperation with suppliers,and building their own corporate culture.At the end of this paper,the specific methods of implementing JF Group's strategy are put forward,which further promotes JF Group to become a global dairy supplier's template.At the same time,it is hoped that this study will have some reference for the development of other dairy enterprises.
