| Through background analyzation of the D company, this paper figured out the hierarchy needs of the employee in traditional state-owned enterprise, based on Maslow’s Model to streamline the problems which diverse age stages confront. Abide by the national regulations of state-owned enterprise; the key break point of the solution is take advantage of available human resources with valid career development model.This paper pays more attention to the problem analyze with solutions on the production site management that is comprehensive system for both management and control. Case study on the JieRui project shows up the fairly level of management and control of export system, but with resources allocation wasting and no distinction between administration and enterprise, cannot copy as regular management and control model. Conflicts between ERP and KanBan, namely duplicate in management system and lack teamwork spirit, so inefficient while deal with multiple projects.Base on ERP system and import into supplier control, streamline organization management to settle pre-warning mechanism would be the effective way to solve the production site management problem, assist by set up talent pool on market orientation to run talent seeding and rotation, key procedure control on core unit to lead the whole management control picture, lean the security system with regional responsibility mark, housekeeping management, plan and layout core area i.e. tour line, and build up constantly products management model.Production site management improvement is consistent way, in which the vital control should focus on human resource, means of product and space. |
