Purchasing management is an important part of supply chain management.For most of the manufacturers,material procurement cost constitutes the main body of enterprise cost,the decrease of procurement cost is very important to improve the competitiveness of the whole supply chain.Centralized procurement can form a scale advantage and reduce the purchasing cost.It is a kind of procurement mode which is widely adopted by the group enterprises.Considering the suppliers' supply capacity and demand uncertainty,enterprises generally maintain multiple supplier for same material.The emergence of global warming causes people to start to pay more attention to environmental problems.One of the main causes of global warming is excessive carbon dioxide emissions,and countries and regions have recognized the importance of reducing carbon dioxide emissions.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the procurement of materials in the centralized procurement mode in low carbon environment.This paper studies the material purchasing model of multi-sectoral manufacturing enterprises to purchase the same material from multiple suppliers.This paper firstly analyzes the research status of purchasing management,supplier selection and low carbon supply chain in China and abroad,and comments on current research status.Secondly,the definition of carbon material purchasing decision problem under the limitation and transaction mechanism,analysis material procurement decision-making influence factors and the role relationship,analysis and decision objectives and goals,establish carbon quotas and trading mechanism of material procurement conceptual model.Then,considering the various departments in a low carbon environment under the condition of demand uncertainty and price discount model,set up a based on the total cost,quality and procurement lead time of delivery of material procurement optimization model.Finally according to the characteristics of the model,the use of multi-objective particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm,to solve the model design,and use MATLAB software to solve numerical example to test main parameters algorithm,proves the validity and rationality of model and algorithm.This article with low carbon,multi-objective,random demand,into the material purchasing quantity discount colleagues is studied,material purchasing model is established,for the enterprise under the environment of low carbon materials provides a new visual,has a certain practical value.
