Abstract:With the acceleration of population growth and urbanization, the non-agricultural process of the land has been accelerated, which resulting in the relationship between human and land is tenser than before. There appear some problems in regional land utilization, such as unbalanced structure and inefficient use which have restricted the sustainable development of society, economy, and ecology. How to use limited land resources reasonably and promote the optimized allocation and intensive utilization of land resources has become an important issue of the regional sustainable development.Based on the man-land relationship theory, land sustainable development theory, regional theory and system theory, this paper constructs a land use optimized allocation model based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. According to the model, we choose Ping’an county in Qinghai province as the study area, and obtains the optimized land use allocation scheme. Through comparing the analysis result of land use structure before optimizing with that after optimizing, the main conclusions are as follows:1) Multi-objective evaluation function and its restriction system is constructed. With the social, economic, ecological benefit as the goal, proposing multi-objective evaluation function and its restriction system. The objective function includes the maximum suitability of land use, the maximum spatial agglomeration of land use and the minimum conversion cost of land use, while constraint system includes land use quantity constraint system and land use type conversion constraint.2) The multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm and its solution process is constructed through the coding method, the determination of initial population, the updating of speed and location and the determination of basic parameter and algorithm steps.3) Taking Ping’an county in Qinghai province for example, regional land use spatial optimization allocation scheme in2020is obtained based on the mathematical model of land use optimal allocation and the research of multi-objective particle swarm optimization. The overall accuracy of the model validation is up to80.12%, and Kappa coefficient is0.78, indicating that the model is feasible.
