Performance management is an important part of enterprise operation.The purpose is to find out the advantages and shortcomings of human resources through assessment and other management means,so as to optimize the allocation and targeted training,promote the maximization of human resources benefits,achieve the goal of reducing human costs,optimizing management processes and business processes,and ensure the realization of organizational strategic objectives.Effectiveness management system is of great significance to the normal operation and development of enterprises.The system and method of performance management have made great progress in the practice of enterprise operation.Careersmart Balanced Score Card is an effective performance evaluation system and method developed in the process of practice.The Balanced Scorecard is a new performance management system,which implements the organization's strategy as an operable measure index and target value from four perspectives of finance,customer,internal operation,learning and growth.At present,the balanced scorecard has been developed into a tool of group strategic management,which plays a very important role in group strategic planning and implementation management.Firstly,this paper analyses the actual situation of performance management of G City Construction Investment Company.Through the evaluation and analysis of the financial synergy effect dimension and management synergy effect dimension,it points out the existing problems of G City Construction Investment Company's performance management system.Based on the needs of the company in the actual operation and management activities,the performance management system of G City Construction Investment Company is optimized systematically by using the balanced scorecard,key performance indicators and 360 degree performance appraisal.The operation of the optimized performance management system shows that the balanced scorecard is a more suitable method,which can link the company's business activities with performance,assessment and so on,so as to promote the completion of the company's strategic objectives.Balanced scorecard was applied to G City Construction Investment Company,which realized the scientific planning and adjustment of G Company's performance management,and promoted the overall management level of the Group.Balanced scorecard is the most widely used management tool in business and enterprises all over the world.It puts forward specific countermeasures for the performance appraisal of enterprises,provides guarantee for the development of enterprises,and enables the performance management of enterprises to reach higher standards.
