The construction industry is one of the most important sectors of the national economic activities,and the construction enterprises are the main practitioners of the construction industry.Therefore,whether the construction enterprises can keep sound development is the key to whether the construction industry even the entire national economy can keep healthy and stable development.Modern enterprise management regards human resources as strategic resources both theoretically and practically.Employee recruitment is the most important way for enterprises to obtain human resources.Recruitment effect directly affects the production and operation of enterprises,especially for construction enterprises such as labor-intensive enterprises.So how to further study the recruitment system of construction enterprises,improve the quality of staff recruitment,and ensure that the construction enterprises can get the right talents in time is the major problem which is urgent to study,analyze and solve.W group is one of the representatives of the construction industry in Shaanxi,and is at the key period of the transformation and upgrading.However,there are many problems in its recruitment management,which restricts the development of enterprises to some extent.Therefore,it is more and more urgent to optimize the recruitment management system.By collecting,consulting and analyzing massive relevant research results,to find out the scarcity of previous studies.Based on this,this paper take the W group as the research background,and recruitment management as a starting point to analyze and sum up the status of recruitment management of W group.And then through interview and questionnaire survey,the problems of recruitment management system are analyzed.The problems like that recruitment demand management is chaotic and less forward-looking and strategic,and lacking of a standardized recruitment process,and so on.After that the paper analyzes the causes of these problems.On this basis,according to the related theories of recruitment management,the optimization scheme of recruitment management system is designed.And nine ways toimprove the recommendations are given,such as establishing a human resource plan matching the strategy of the group company.Finally,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization design of the recruitment management are given.
