Staff recruitment is an important part of human resource work, but also the most important way to obtain the talents. It not only determines the quantity and quality of human resources, but also is the premise of improving the development of talents.Fu Sheng Electronic Technology Limited company is currently in the stage of rapid development, human resources demand, the quantity and quality of talent demand is increasingly pressing strongly. However, the lack of strategic, long-term planning, staff recruitment is the passive service to the current demand and other reasons, the company's recruitment management system can not keep up with the company's current development needs, and even become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.In this paper, "Fu Sheng Electronic Technology Limited company recruitment management system to optimize the theme of design", in order to Sheng Fu Electronic Technology Co. company staff recruitment situation as the background, through the study of domestic and overseas recruitment related theory and practice, put forward Sheng Fu Electronic Technology Co. company staff recruitment system design of the overall objectives and general idea, and based on post competency model for company staff recruitment system to optimize the design, including the determination of the recruitment needs, job analysis, recruitment optimization to establish a working group to improve the recruitment process and recruitment evaluation, obtains a set of optimizing staff recruitment system, recruitment management guidance to the future company.
