Study On Problems And Measures Of Tourism Precision Poverty Alleviation In Altay Prefecture,Xinjiang

At present,China is in the decisive period of fully building a well-off society,resolutely win the battle against poverty,so that the poor people out of poverty at an early date,to achieve common prosperity is the party Central Committee's commitment to the people.In addition,the General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward precision poverty alleviation policy for the first time in 2013.At the same time,General Secretary Xi Jinping raised the policy of precision poverty alleviation to a strategic height once again at the 19 th CPC National Congress,who put forward the need to mobilize the strength of the whole society,adhere to precision poverty alleviation,precisely lift out of poverty,adhere to the central government's overall planning of the province in charge of the working mechanism of cities and counties,strengthen the responsibility system of the Party,pay attention to the combination of supporting the will and supporting the intellect,so as to ensure that the poor people will be lifted out of poverty under the current overall standards,poor counties will fully pick up their hats,regional overall poverty will be solved,which thus can realize the new ideas,new tasks and new requirements of getting rid of real poverty and really lifting out of poverty.As one of the eight major anti-poverty prefectures identified by the autonomous region,Altay region of Xinjiang is also an enriched land of tourism resources in Xinjiang.It can be seen that exploring the mode of precision poverty alleviation through the development of tourism is an innovative measure of the project to make the local people rich.The number of people out of poverty has reached nearly 60,000 since the introduction and implementation of the precision poverty alleviation policy in Altay region up to 2018,which thus has completed the task out of poverty on the basis of phase,and achieved remarkable results in the precision poverty alleviation work.At the same time,it is found that there are also some difficult problems to be solved in the process of precision poverty alleviation in this region on the basis of the empirical study of this region.In view of this,this paper analyzes the tourism precision of Altay region by using the methods of precision poverty alleviation,tourism precision poverty alleviation theory and customer satisfaction theory,and using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and data analysis method.The current situation of poverty alleviation,through the satisfaction analysis of residents in the Altay region to explain the problems of local tourism precision poverty alleviation and the causes of problems,and then propose solutions.Finally,I hope to provide some experience and thinking for the Altay region to effectively implement the tourism precision poverty alleviation policy.The paper consists of six parts.The main research contents are as follows:Chapter one: Introduction,mainly analyzes the relevant background,research significance,research methods,domestic and foreign research status and domestic and foreign literature review of tourism precision poverty alleviation research,so as to clear the main research ideas and contents of this paper.Chapter two: Core concepts and theoretical foundations.The specific core concepts such as tourism poverty alleviation,tourism precision poverty alleviation and satisfaction theory are appropriately explained,and the basic theories such as stakeholder theory,tourism precision poverty alleviation theory and customer satisfaction theory are analyzed.Chapter three: analyzes the current situation of tourism poverty alleviation in the Altay region.First of all,it sorts out the relevant tourism poverty alleviation policies of the country and Altay.Secondly,the background analysis of the Altay region mainly explains the geographical location of the Altay region and the poverty alleviation process of tourism.Finally,the paper analyzes the current situation of tourism precision poverty alleviation in the Altay region,and analyzes the tourism precision poverty alleviation model,the tourism precision poverty alleviation swot analysis and the tourism precision poverty alleviation effect.Chapter four: empirical analysis of the satisfaction of tourism precision poverty alleviation in the Altay region.It points out the research purpose of the tourism precision poverty alleviation in the region,the design and hypothesis of the questionnaire,the distribution of the questionnaire,the selection of the sample,the analysis of the data,and the analysis of the implementation effect of the precise poverty alleviation policy in the Altay region based on the obtained statistical data and related data.A brief conclusion.Chapter five: Based financing channels,lack of NGO support,lack of professional talents,and precise development.Analysis of problems and other issues,and explain the main reasons for the problems of tourism precision poverty alleviation in the region.Chapter six: Put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of tourism precision poverty alleviation in Altay region.It mainly proposes three aspects: accurate identification,precise assistance and precise management.
