As one of the main bodies of public administration,the state-owned enterprises assume the social responsibility of maintaining the national economic security,ensuring the healthy development of the national economy,and serving the public interests,the reform of salary system in state-owned enterprises is an important task to deepen the reform of income distribution system,which is conducive to the development of the salary system in our country.In recent years,with the development of the market economy in China,the management level of the state-owned enterprises is constantly improving,but at the same time,it is also facing a more severe challenge in the domestic and foreign markets.In order to adapt to the constant changes in the internal and external environment and to better develop in a new wave of reform,the state-owned enterprises in our country have accelerated the pace of reform,among which the reform the salary system is a very important part.The salary not only relates to the vital interests of every employee,but also the appropriate and reasonable salary system can arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the enterprise staff,enhance the work enthusiasm and self creativity of the enterprise staff,it is beneficial for state-owned enterprises to effectively attract,motivate and retain talents,enhance the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,and promote the long-term and stable development of enterprises.Therefore,the research and improvement of the salary system can not only enrich and deepen the related theories of the salary of the state-owned enterprises,but also have an important strategic and practical significance for the state-owned enterprises in China.The thesis expounds the state-owned enterprises belong to the main body of public management and to study its social responsibility in the first time.Secondly,on the basis of the research on Maslow's demand level theory,Herzberg's double factor theory and the theory of equity,and combining with the development process of the salary system of the state-owned enterprises in China,with H state-owned enterprises as the research object The research object,introduce the general situation of the company and the status of the salary system,and use the method of questionnaire to study and analyze its salary system,find out the problems of low salary satisfaction,the curing of salary incentive mechanism and the single welfare mode.On the basis of the price,the salary system of H state-owned enterprise is designed and reformed from four types of post types: management personnel,production personnel,sales personnel and technical personnel.The reform of the salary system of state-owned enterprises based on the interests of employees and the protection and service of the interests of employees and the public are the concrete manifestations of the performance of social responsibilities of state-owned enterprises.
