The pharmaceutical industry is an industry that guarantees the safety of people's lives.The pharmaceutical industry has developed in China for more than 30 years,and the national medical reform has also achieved fruitful results in recent years.Relevant policies of the pharmaceutical industry have been introduced intensively,the power of market allocation is being strengthened,the government has tightened its control over drugs,and the competition among pharmaceutical enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.More and more pharmaceutical enterprises are turning their target markets to the pharmaceutical retail market.However,compared with other retail industries,China's pharmaceutical retail accounts for a very small proportion of total sales in the pharmaceutical market,far behind the European and American markets.It can be seen that there is still a lot of room for the development of pharmaceutical retail.How to seize the opportunity,give full play to the self-advantages of pharmaceutical enterprises,change the past traditional thinking,innovation of business model is the main content of this paper.Especially in the era of rapid development of the Internet,driven by cloud computing,big data and the Internet,the development speed and mode of online and offline interactive sales and pharmaceutical retail have been re-planned,and the innovative business model has become the focus of this paper.Based on the above market background,this paper enumerates the industrial structure of China's pharmaceutical market and sales data of various pharmaceutical terminal markets.This paper compares the development of foreign pharmaceutical retail industry and China's pharmaceutical retail industry from five aspects: format,market layout,pharmacy scale,national policy and circulation management system.Literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method were used to carry out sufficient investigation in the early stage.Through SWOT analysis,the retail model of GZ pharmaceutical co.,ltd.is studied and analyzed.According to the conclusion of SWOT analysis and the canvas of business model,the new retail development strategy of GZ pharmaceutical co.,ltd.was determined,and the development direction of "new retail" business model was determined.And targeted to select the successful implementation of the case for analysis,with the help of the case summary has the feasibility of practical experience.The innovation of this paper lies in the five-in-one omni-channel mode of "online mall + offline entity + fast logistics + Internet payment system + new consumption experience".Established the new business model of DTP pharmacy,off-campus smart pharmacy,new community pharmacy,online pharmacy,and service mode upgrade.New retail is to reconstruct the relationship among "people,products and scenes".The survival and development of pharmaceutical retail enterprises depend not only on the products sold,but also on the changes of consumers and services.The needs of consumers are changing,the pattern of the pharmaceutical market is changing,and GZ pharmaceutical co.,ltd.also needs to make innovative changes in line with the trend.GZ pharmaceutical co.,ltd.has taken the first step in pharmaceutical retail innovation and tried to establish a new business model.Through these practices,GZ pharmaceutical co.,ltd.has gained a lot of experience in retail model innovation and set a model for other pharmaceutical retail enterprises.China's pharmaceutical retail enterprises need to accurately identify their position in the industry,have their own unique market competitiveness and service capabilities,and continue to innovate.
