Peter F. Drucker said that the competition between enterprises is not thecompetition between products, but the business models. Therefore, the businessmodel is crucial to the enterprises, and business model innovation is fundamental forsustainable development of enterprises. Especially in recent years, many enterprisesbegan to realize the importance of the business model to achieve rapid and efficientgrowth, and business model innovation continues to appear in the daily businessactivities of enterprises.With the rapid development of science and the changes of technology andconsumer behavior, the traditional retail business model that have a contact only bystores had a shock, and the drawbacks of the traditional business model increasinglyexposed. As a new business thinking, the thinking of the Internet is familiar to theacademia, business circles. Having a research on business model innovation of retailenterprises based on respective of internet thinking has a certain theoretical andpractical significance. It will enrich business model theory and provides new ideas toretail enterprises on how to upgrade and development a new model.This paper firstly analyzes the previous theory on the basis of the research,analysis and combining elements of the value chain from the perspective of businessmodel innovation on business model is more conducive to the combination of theoryand practice, has more practical significance, the related concept of business model,business model innovation in the definition, the initial description of the impact of theInternet thinking on business model innovation retail enterprises, namely, valueproposition, value chain, enterprise relationship network, profit model, lay atheoretical foundation for the case study of the research; secondly China retailrepresentative leader silver Taihe Suning enterprise as the case, through thetransformation measures of Suning both intime and background information on theInternet thinking, summed up the similarities and differences of thinking of theInternet influence on business model innovation of retail business, retail businessmodel for a new way of thinking of the Internet, which is the integration of resources, online and offline collaborative development, optimization of enterprise relationshipnetwork, constructing the "two-way" value chain, change the organization form, the4path multiple profit model innovation; Finally, the conclusion of this paper is that (1)from the perspective of business model elements of the value chain to study businessmodel innovation.(2) the value proposition of Internet thinking is the starting point ofthe innovation route of retail enterprise business model.(3) online retail businessunder the line of thinking online and offline development will be the mainstream, butelectricity suppliers can not completely replace the line business.(4) the retailenterprise under the Internet thinking should establish a complete platform ecosystem.(5) the organization of the organization of the organization under the Internet thinkingof retail business services to suppliers, brands and customers.(6) the Internet thinkingretail business can create diversity of profit model.
