With the rapid development of the manufacturing enterprise information process,the business needs of various manufacturing enterprises are becoming more and more different,at the same time there are also dynamic business changes between manufacturing enterprises.This causes small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are facing the problem of system decoupling and rapid reconfiguration.However,the existing manufacturing execution system model has a fixed internal process and a high degree of coupling between system services.When the business needs of the manufacturing enterprise change,the system needs to be reconstructed as a whole,resulting in a large amount of waste of resources and high development costs of the manufacturing enterprise.The manufacturing enterprise faces enormous challenges for system development and maintenance.The existing manufacturing execution systems are not able to respond quickly to changes in business refactoring requirements.This paper aims at the problem of high coupling degree of MES service and large difference of business demand pattern in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Through the fine-grained division of manufacturing execution system business,the micro-service framework is used to realize the decoupling of manufacturing execution system.It divides the manufacturing execution system business into atomic services and business services.Each of the independent atomic manufacturing services and business services implements atomic service build deployment through microservices framework technology.Through the micro-service gateway technology to realize the personalized reconfiguration of manufacturing atomic micro-services,and each manufacturing micro-service module runs independently in the micro-service framework without interfere with each other.It solves the problem of business reconfiguration and expansion brought about by the huge application of traditional single-frame architecture,and provides effective support for the rapid development of business systems.This paper realizes the decoupling and reconstruction of MES business of manufacturing enterprises according to the problem of large difference in MES business of manufacturing enterprises and the variability of internal processes.First of all,this paper adopts the micro-service framework to decouple and encapsulate each atomic manufacturing service object information with a service-oriented idea.Secondly,the MES service is designed into two-level micro-services,and rapidly assemble and reconstructe the application systems through microservice technology.Finally,an application system solution and a running case are provided.When the manufacturing enterprise's internal production business needs change,the small-granular atomic micro-service configuration reorganization is realized through the manufacturing enterprise business process rules,and the manufacturing execution system business reconstruction of the manufacturing enterprise is quickly responded.This paper proposes a research on the business decoupling and reconstruction mechanism of the shop floor manufacturing execution system based on the micro-service framework.Based on the atomic manufacturing micro-service component to realize the rapid construction of the manufacturing execution system business function module.The micro-service framework technology is used to realize the fine-grained manufacturing atomic micro-service registration and deployment,and the atomic manufacturing micro-services are sequentially obtained according to the manufacturing business process logic,so as to meet the individualized requirements of the manufacturing enterprise manufacturing execution system.
