Study On Business Modeling Method In Service Engineering Based On Zachman Framework

The development of scientific technology has changed social industrial structure greatly. Facing changes in the environment, enterprises have to adjust themselves to keep their competitive capability by all means. At the same time, enterprise informationization and business standardization directly determine the extent of integration and utilization of resources and information between enterprises, and directly determine the competitive capability of enterprises. Enterprise business modeling is the basic work of enterprise informationization and business standardization, and scientific modeling method is just the key to the success of enterprise informationization and business standardization.A practical business modeling method for improving existing modeling method in service engineering is proposed. The characteristics of service engineering, the advantages and the disadvantages of the past models, and the relevant standards in enterprise modeling are summarized. Based on that, this article introduces Zachman Framework, makes some reasonable reorganization to framework model, and finally combined with practical project experience, proposes a business modeling method in service engineering based on Zachman Framework.In order to testify the validity and reliability of the new business modeling method, a series of standards according to related enterprise modeling standards are established to testify and to find out and amend the disadvantages of this method.Finally, staff assessment modeling process of a bank as an example is chose to analyze the application of the new business modeling method.
