Research On Sales Expense Control Of AoKang International Company

In the current market economy competition,due to the rapid development of information technology,the enterprise's competition environment has become severe and diversified.On the one hand,the enterprise operating environment is becoming more and more complex,and the rapidly spreading information enables more enterprises to share resources.On the other hand,the rapid development of information science and technology provides enterprises with a variety of solutions to cope with this pressure,and promotes enterprise innovation and development.In today's sustained price war,sales expense is still closely related to the realization of the sales target of the enterprise,which deeply affects the survival and development of the enterprise.Therefore,under the premise of ensuring the strict implementation of marketing strategy,it is of vital importance to control the normal and reasonable expenditure of sales expenses.How to control the cost of sales so that lower cost can achieve greater sales effect is a problem that enterprise managers have to consider in the pursuit of profit maximization.In this paper,quantitative analysis is used to analyze the sales cost effect of the company from the horizontal and vertical perspective based on the data of the company and the listed company in the same industry in the past three years.At the same time,this paper introduces the status quo and process of corporate sales expense control with case analysis method,aiming to find the deficiencies and defects in the company's sales expense control,hoping that the company can timely avoid the risk of expense control in the future development,improve the efficiency of corporate sales expense use and enhance corporate cost control ability.The study in this paper is of practical significance for the case company to find the deficiencies in the sales expense control system,improve the efficiency of the use of the company's sales expenses,and optimize the related processes of the company's sales expense control.Meanwhile,it is also of reference significance for the industry to find solutions to relevant problems in such sales expense control.
