China’s elevator industry is experiencing a period of rapid development caused by the China’s rapid economic development and urbanization process. According to the statistics of China Elevator Association, China has exceeded the United States and ranks the first in the world at the field of elevator production, elevator quantity growth rate. China has become the world’s largest elevator market and the manufacturing base while its elevator volume is the largest.The elevator security problem becomes more and more concern for the community when more and more elevators are put into use and population of using the elevators also increase. The after-sales service of elevators is very important, it is said, the elevator’s quality and safety is only 30%related to products, the remain 70%is related to after-sales service. At present, China’s domestic elevator production industry management is already close to the world advanced level. But the level of cost control of elevator’s after-sales service is far behind the United States, Japan and other developed countries. The management lack of scientific and effective control means when they perform the cost control on the elevator’s after-sales service. It is an urgent need to elevator enterprises for improving the cost control ability can improve the company’s core competition ability.The thesis takes Dongnandianti Company as an example, it analysis the deficiencies and causes in the cost control of elevator’s after-sales service. The main contents are as follows.Firstly, based on the analysis of the status of after-sales service in Dongnandianti, this paper puts forward the problems of cost control in Dongnandianti.Secondly, based on the analysis of various cost factors and work content of the after-sales service in Dongnandianti, this paper estimates the standard working hours of elevator’s after-sales service and puts forward the quantitative calculation of elevator’s after-sales service costs and makes the elevator’s after-sales service costs more standardized.Thirdly, aiming at the lack of cost control of after-sales service and afterwards control measures, this paper proposes the organizations of cost control, a comprehensive system of cost control, a refining process of cost control management, an assessment system of cost control.Finally, based on the example of Samsung project, this paper will improve the measures of elevator’s after-sales service and find new problems and suggestions in the process of the cost control of after-sales service in Dongnandianti.
