| With the economic globalization and the rapid development of the market economy, enterprises' increasingly competition has been extended to the human resources field. To gain a competitive edge in the rapidly changing market environment, the enterprise must have a flexible and mobile team and control cost effectively. Therefore, labor dispatch comes. Labor dispatch, as a new employment, was accepted and adopted widely in a very short time after entering our country. But because its short time of entering our country, the theory study about it is still in the initial stage and the related laws are very imperfect, in practice, there are many problems.In view of the above, this article uses the basic theory of principal-agent theory to analysis the labor dispatch and compares it with the relative merits of traditional forms of employment, gain the conclusion that in the ideal constraints situation; in practice, this article combine with it in our practice, concerned about actual cases, analysis the various issues and causes in our practice, use the principal-agent to give the policy proposals.The differences between this paper and past research are:(l) in theory, this article use the basic theory of principal-agent theory and compare the principal-agent issue between labor dispatch and traditional forms of employment, (2) in practice, this article analyzes the problems in actual cases first, then expand it to find the various issues, finally analysis its reason and give the policy proposals. |
